Introducing the Newest Additions to Our Management Team

In addition to adding fresh talent, we’re also focused on developing our existing team, we’re thrilled to announce a well-deserved promotion on our team!
Meet the team:
– Brad Tiarks: Brad has joined the team as our Operational Manager. With impressive experience managing production and being part of multiple start-up companies, he brings a strong background in optimizing operational workflows.
– Dennis DeWitt: Dennis has come on board as our new Route Manager. With over 23 years of experience managing service personnel and fleets in multiple markets, he’s ready to take the reins of our route operations.
– Troy Smith: Welcome Troy, our Chief Engineer. With over 20 years of experience in waste management and talent in the equipment maintenance space, his leadership and skills will help take our team to the next level.
– Dino Armetta: We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Dino to Sales & Service Manager. Dino has been an integral part of the team for close to 3 years, and we are excited to see him advance and grow with the Spin team!

In the Works: A Brand New Facility
To continue providing the excellent service our customers expect, we are thrilled to announce plans for constructing a new, larger production facility. This expansion will allow us to upgrade to new equipment and significantly increase our capacity. This new investment will enable us to overcome the challenges of higher demand and ensure fast turnarounds on all orders. We can’t wait to share more details as our expansion plans progress!

With demand for our services continuing to rise, we knew it was time to grow our route driver team. After a careful hiring process, we’re thrilled to welcome 2 new route drivers.
